Buying a 60-unit apartment complex to own and manage, and plan to have several others in the next 5-10 years. We plan to run a well-kept, attractive, and modern building -- in sharp contrast to the plethora of sagging old apartment buildings commonly seen. We intend to provide more and charge more. We are not the type to advertise "free month's rent" or "no deposit required". We want to draw in clients who can afford our rent and who will take care of their place. We are not talking about ultra-modern high-rises (we can't afford that) but we will be the nicest, cleanest, amenity-rich property in our area
